Mr.Amit Rathi started this journey 29 years ago when he started working at Growell chemical company as sales and technical head Manager , he used to visit local plating plants to solve their issues , by gaining 8 years of experience in the line of plating , he started his own plating plant by the name of DEV Associates .

Within 3 years his service became very popular by the name of Rathi gold plating because of the utmost quality and service provided by him and by welcoming our customers into our Faith’s family by building stronger relations . After 3 years of doing job work , he started his own manufacturing by the name of his own brand “Faith“ ,which has been in market from last 25 years .
